Privacy & Participation

Designed for Privacy, Trust, and Candid Conversation

Berkshires Brain Summit is intentionally private. Many of the topics discussed across brain health, neurotechnology, artificial intelligence, psychiatry, autism, and neurodegeneration involve emerging science, sensitive clinical realities, early-stage companies, unpublished research, investment strategy, institutional priorities, and deeply personal lived experience.

To make those conversations meaningful, the summit is designed as a high-trust environment.

  1. 01

    Curated Attendance

Participation is by invitation or application. Attendance is reviewed to ensure that each summit brings together a thoughtful, relevant, and constructive group.

  2. 02

    Limited Scale

Summits are intentionally small to preserve depth, access, and trust.

  3. 03

    Respect for Confidentiality

Sessions may follow Chatham House-style principles or other confidentiality guidelines depending on the topic. Participants should be able to speak candidly without concern that their remarks will be publicly attributed without consent.

  4. 04

    No Unapproved Recording

Recording, livestreaming, photography, or public posting from private sessions should not occur without explicit permission.

  5. 05

    Respect for Sensitive Topics

Brain health conversations can involve clinical, personal, family, and patient experiences. The summit culture prioritizes dignity, nuance, and respect.

  6. 06

    Opt-In Visibility

Public attendee lists, quotes, photos, and partner mentions are opt-in unless otherwise agreed.

  7. 07

    Private Property, Private Experience

Detailed logistics are shared with confirmed attendees. The event is designed to protect the privacy of guests, speakers, partners, and hosts.

In Closing

Privacy is not used to make the summit exclusive for its own sake. It is used to create the conditions for honest conversation, responsible collaboration, and better outcomes.
